Mary Brooking is a full time, Westbrook-based artist with a Studio at the Dana Warp Mill. Her acrylic paintings are landscape-inspired and engage the senses of the viewer. She has exhibited her work across the United States but more broadly in Canada, France, and New Zealand.
Sarah Knight Weber is a Westbrook Resident. She is a maker, an artist, and a “facilitator of creativity” with a passion for using repurposed and unconventional materials. Her paintings are whimsical and often pointed, emanating from personal and social concerns.
Both artists will be at the open house for a meet & greet. They will have works for sale. RSVP on Facebook.

Caren-Marie Michel is a Maine Contemporary Landscape Painter who works in plein air and studio based painting. Her paintings employ a strong and distinctive brush work with a bold use of color in a highly individualized palette. Among those focusing on local and regional landscapes of Maine, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia her work is distinctive. Caren-Marie is an important and well regarded contemporary Maine landscape artist.
Fred Michel is a master horticulturist who explores the intersection of Horticultural and Art through a unique process of large-scale photocopying. By methodically harvesting, exploring, altering, then arranging elements from nature on the glass of a high resolution copier Fred is able to achieve unique and lush images. These are then printed on aluminum to achieve an intensity of detail and color.
Both artists have exhibited and are in collections locally, regionally and nationally. They will have works for sale.
Artist Open House for Caren-Marie Michel & Fred Michel will be at Westbrook On Tap, February 16th, 4 to 6:30 PM.
