Rhonda Forrester is a licensed Civil & Environmental Engineer with CMA Engineers, Inc. working in the Portland, Maine office. Rhonda has over 21 years of engineering experience working on a variety of landfill and wastewater projects.
Rhonda has lived in Westbrook for fifteen years and has been a part of the Westbrook Downtown Coalition and the Economic Vitality Committee. She participated in the Maine Development Foundation’s Leadership Maine program (Chi class) and witnessed first-hand how strong communities and strong economies go hand in hand. She also serves on the board of Portland Trails.
In her free time she enjoys hula hooping in Riverbank Park with the Westbrook Hoop Group on Tuesday evenings during the summer and spending time on the downtown riverwalk whether it’s a morning run or an evening walk to observe the colors in the sky at sunset.
