As the COO of Portland Pie Company, Dan Thomson responsible for nine Maine restaurants and over three hundred employees. He grew up washing dishes and bartending at his family’s restaurant in Boothbay Harbor, and has spent over 30 years in the restaurant industry. He has a BS from the University of Maine and has been a Westbrook resident since 2005.
Dan serves on the board of the Westbrook Soccer Club and has coached all ages of basketball, soccer, baseball and flag football. He is an avid skier, spending his winter weekends shredding the gnar with his wife, two kids, and Rosie the mountain dog. He enjoys golf and attending all of the local sporting and music events that the area has to offer.
