Workouts will be 45-60 minutes including warm up, full body workout, cool down and abdominals with every session. Every Monday beginning on 2/15. Classes are, Hi/Low Aerobics (no equipment needed); Balance, Core & More! (Yoga or exercise mat suggested); Cardio Sculpt (1-3 sets of dumbbells ranging in size and a mat). You will be able to log on and link to the classes each Monday at your convenience.
