July’s Westbrook Social Bicycle Ride will be a Family Ice Cream Ride!
Meet at the Westbrook Common at 3 PM for a 15 minute kids bike safety presentation, after which we will ride at a leisurely pace through neighborhood streets to Dairy Queen to purchase some creamy goodness, then return to the Common by the same route. It is a 5 mile round trip.
Kids in trailers, bicycle seats, and tag-alongs are welcome. No kids trikes or scooters, please. Kids on their own bikes should have some experience on quiet streets. An adult will ride in the back to make sure no one gets “dropped”.
