When Jimmy and his wife, Jennifer, opened Big Fin Poké in 2016, it was by all accounts the first poke restaurant in Maine. They had become huge fans of the Hawaiian dish of dressed raw fish while visiting friends from Hawaiian in California 4 years ago. Upon returning home to Maine, they were surprised that there was no restaurant dedicated to poké. and now they are so excited to bring this new food trend to Maine.
