Downtown Westbrook Coalition is organizing a fundraiser dinner at Brea Lu Cafe, raffling two JetBlue tickets, and running the Westbrook Together Days 5K.

On Thursday, June 1, Brea Lu Cafe is hosting a fundraiser dinner for the Downtown Westbrook Coalition! There will be two seatings at 5:30 and 7:00 PM, and tickets are $25 each. Spaghetti dinner by Brea Lu, dessert from Black Dinah Chocolatiers, and Mast Landing Brewing Company beer at a cash bar, plus some other goodies for dinner attendees. Salad and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the dinner. Beer and wine garden will be open to all from 4:30 to 8:30 PM, with live music by Midnight Blues Quartet. Drinks, music, corn hole, and some dinner seating will be outdoors, weather permitting. Buy tickets in person during regular hours at Brea Lu, 9 Cumberland St, or purchase online with a small processing fee here.

We have received a generous donation of two JetBlue tickets, up to an $800 value, which we are raffling for $5 per ticket, or 5 tickets for $20. You can purchase tickets directly from the DWC Director or a board member, or purchase online with a small processing fee here. Raffle winner will be drawn around 8 PM on Saturday, June 3 at Westbrook Together Days.

Downtown Westbrook Coalition is working in partnership with Crow Athletics to put on the 2017 Westbrook Together Days 5K. This is a beautiful course along the Presumpscot River, starting at the Civil War memorial in Riverbank Park, running up the Riverwalk, around Brown St, and back downtown to the start. Runners and walkers of all ages are encouraged to participate. The race will be on Saturday, June 3 at 8am, with registration and bib pickup from 7 to 7:30am that morning. We strongly encourage you to pre-register here by Thursday, May 25 at 11:59PM, to help this event go paperless, though day-of registration will be available. Registration is $25 and $15 for students. (Students must register using a code, contact our director for more information.)

Huge thank you to Ethos Marketing & Design for their assistance in designing posters and raffle tickets and to Full Court Press for printing services.
